Infinity Life Club

Seniors have the option to become Infinity Life Club members and enjoy a wide range of exclusive benefits. Membership is open to individuals aged 50 and above, welcoming both Thai nationals and foreign citizens. To ensure a safe and harmonious community, all applicants must have a clean criminal record.

Membership options and registration process:

Membership Fee: The Infinity Life Club Beneficial Membership Card is available to prospective members. To begin the membership process, we kindly invite prospective members to register online at www.infinitylife.club/membership To secure a place, prospective members pay a pre-registration fee, which will be deducted from the total membership fee. After signing the membership contract, members pay the remaining balance.

Upon becoming a member, seniors have two flexible living options:
1. Acquiring a Usufruct Right
2. Renting a Unit at a Discounted Price
Usufruct Option
Acquiring a Usufruct Right: This option allows members to purchase a lifetime usufruct right for any accommodation unit, with a discount of 25% off the market price. Additional savings are available through Early Bird Pricing until April 2025. The usufruct right secures long-term residency and allows members to live in their selected unit for life. The usufruct price includes 50% of the membership fee.
Buyback Guarantee:
ILC company guarantees to return 90% of the purchase price within six months if the buyer decides to leave.

Members enjoy a complimentary retirement visa, simplifying the legal process of residing in Thailand. Infinity Life Club also provides legal assistance to ensure a smooth transition. Annual visa renewal is required, and Infinity Life Club manages this on behalf of the members.

Annual Health Checkup:
All members are entitled to an annual health checkup at Infinity Life Club Clinic. This comprehensive health monitoring ensures that any changes in health are promptly addressed. All medical services that are required by a certificated medical professional, will be provided upon taking residence and start paying monthly service fee at 25% discount, and have access to 24/7 on-call doctors

Insurance Contribution:
We are pleased to offer a subsidy of 60,000 THB per person per year on health and accident insurance premiums, included in the membership price through a designated partner in Thailand. This benefit aims to provide our members with additional financial security.

A 25% discount is available on the monthly package.

If you choose to rent real estate without purchasing usufruct, you will also receive a 25% discount.

If a member’s spouse joins them in the same property, they receive a 25% discount on both the Infinity Life Club membership price and the monthly service package price, making it more affordable for couples to enjoy the community together.

Refund Policy:
If a member decides to discontinue their membership within the first six months, they are eligible for a 50% refund of the membership price at the end of that year. This policy provides financial flexibility and peace of mind for new members.
